Summer “burn” Join certified Personal Trainer, Doris Agyemang, Wednesdays in August, starting August 8th at 5:30, outside at the AAMI ( near the trail) for some fun, fitness and motivation!
Enjoy 15 minutes of nutrition tips and motivation and then jam to a 45 minute workout, alternating Zumba ( Dance themed, every fitness level) and Barre Above ( high intensity, low impact, combination of ballet and Pilates)
Wear Exercise clothes and tennis shoes. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat for Barre. This event is sponsored by Unity Point Health.
