An immersive celebration of science fiction, technology, and African heritage, highlighting the visionary work of Black artists and thinkers who imagine a future where culture and innovation intersect. Hear from  Basi Affia, author and founder/owner of Sensiil Studios. “Sensiil Studios is a space where Pan African people can see themselves in the future, and see that they have a future, by producing stories with black lead characters.” Learn more about Basi Affia and Sensiil Studios here.
This program is part of the recurring AAMI series, Not a Monolith. Join us on the third Saturday of each month for this series, dedicated to exploring the diverse experiences, interests, and perspectives of Black individuals.
