What Do Artifacts Really Tell Archaeologists?

February 10, 2018 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Have you ever wondered how those old pieces of pottery, bone, or rock “speak” to scientists? Discover how archaeologists use items left behind by previous people to create an understanding of the past. Explore and investigate artifacts from two types of shelters, one current “life-like-situation” and one real archaeological site from the past. This program is recommended for ages 12 and up.
