Become a Member
By becoming a member of the African American Historical Museum
and Cultural Center of Iowa, you are participating in an exciting
movement to preserve and share Iowa's rich African American heritage.
Your membership enables the Museum to preserve important cultural
resources, provide educational programming and resources (such
as the traveling exhibits), and operate the museum.
 The
Iowa Children's Museum
in Coralville has graciously extended a reciprocity to all current
and new African American Museum of Iowa members for the remainder
of 2008. What this means is that with your membership to the African
American Museum of Iowa, you receive free admission to the Iowa
Children's Museum. Just bring your membership card and a photo
id.
